Carolina is such a pro. Really attentive, caring, and hard working. The small details of how you move make your recovery a success and she is an expert at that. It was clear that she thought long and hard to develope my program and didn’t just throw me the generic “back pain” set list. Explaining WHY I’m doing certain movements helps me understand my own body and improvise when I’m not in the gym.

I am a tattoo artist who was recommended Carolina’s services by another trainer. She is truly the best!!!!!
When I started training with Carolina, I was experiencing tendonitis and muscle issues related to tattooing which were affecting my ability to work. Soon after we began our weekly training sessions, these issues cleared up and I started developing a greater awareness of my body and building a foundation of strength and endurance exercises which can set me up for a long future ahead as a tattoo artist.

Carolina’s training and recovery
sessions have helped me monumentally. Paying more attention to my body and fine tuning the muscles that will help me flourish in skateboarding has been a big step forward for me. I wouldn’t have been able to do this without her strengthening program for skateboarders. She is truly an asset to the skateboarding community.

I’ve trained with Carolina for the past 3 or 4 years and it has made a world of difference in the way my body feels and functions. She does an amazing job of analyzing what my individual body needs and designing workouts to address my physical issues. There is nothing cookie cutter about what Carolina does and she works really hard to figure out what which exercises and routines will make me look, feel, and function better. I am a 55 year old man, trying to hang on to my youth, but Carolina has been equally effective working with my sons who are both elite college athletes. She’s a skilled trainer with deep knowledge of both training and rehabilitation. She’s also a great person to spend part of your week with.

Caro is really knowledgeable about the human body and the skateboarding community definitely needed someone like her. Skateboarding is a very physical sport and  learning how to take good care of my body with Carolina has been a blessing. She gave me special attention at the workshop when I told her my back had been hurting and keeping me from skating. She showed me specific stretches and my back has been so much better! Skating with no pain is way more fun!!

I am a varsity high school pitcher training to play at the division 1 level. Since I started training with Carolina, I have seen major increases in my balance, explosiveness and overall strength. When I started training with her I threw only up to 85 MPH. Now, less than a year later, I can throw up to 88 MPH. The programs she has given me have been carefully catered to my specific needs, they are not just general workouts for anybody. Through these workouts, I have also been able to gain close to twenty pounds in only a few months. I went from no interest to high levels of interest from top division 1 schools in just a few months. Working with Carolina has been a great experience for me and my development as an athlete.

As a former college athlete, I came to Carolina with no small reluctance around the whole concept of personal training. But after my first few sessions, all of my hesitations were gone. She brought positivity, novelty, and support to the workouts. And without ever pushing too hard or going too easy, she got me into better shape than I’d been in even during my peak years in college.

Amazing attention to specifics, always considerate and customizing the workout to my needs...all the while kicking my butt. First rate!

Carolina is patient, encouraging, and understanding. I have a variety of old injuries, and she developed plans and training routines to compensate for them, and in addition; strengthen the areas to minimize the spread of any damage. I’ve been working with her for two years now and I consider myself exceptionally fortunate to have found her as a trainer.

I have worked with two other excellent trainers, but Carolina is the best. She works hard to understand what I need and develops a scaled, personalized program to help me achieve my goals. She is positive and thoughtful, knows anatomy, and is a skilled and thoughtful trainer.

Carolina teaches me to listen to my body and focus on my well being while we work together to meet my fitness goals after pregnancy. I feel refreshed and energized both physically and mentally when I train with her as she is the best trainer I’ve ever known not only for physical strength but also for one’s soul. I am so happy that our paths crossed and that she has been guiding me over the past year.

As I began to get into my 70s, I was having increasing difficulty with balance, flexibility and range of motion. I started working with Carolina about two years ago. She focused on exercises that have helped me recover significantly on these issues. She is excellent at customizing a program to fit individual needs.

I started working with Carolina shortly after dislocating my ankle and breaking my tibia and fibula. She developed a program to protect my leg while still allowing me to work out. She also worked with me for the six months after the surgery and boot came off to get me sufficiently in shape to hike in the Alps. Without her help I don’t know that I would have been able to go on that trip.

She is very dedicated to listening to my body, keeping it in good shape in terms of strength, flexibility, and mobility. She is very inspiring and motivating, and is a pleasant person all around as well. I love working with her and feel like I’m in my best shape ever.
